Payment methods
Payment is made by bank transfer, based on the invoices issued. The process involves the following steps:
- 1
Setting up the bank account
The company provides the bank account for receiving payments.
- 2
Issuing the invoice
The non-household customer receives the invoice for the recorded consumption.
- 3
The bank transfer
The customer transfers the amount using the account details and IBAN indicated on the invoice.
- 4
Payment confirmation
The customer sends the supplier the payment confirmation.
- 5
Monitoring payments
Both parties monitor the accounts to ensure payments are made on time, in accordance with the contract.
Advance payment
The supplier may request payment in advance in the following situations:
- when the gas installations have been disconnected for non-payment or for refusing the system operator access;
- when the supply contract is based on a right of use, without a right of ownership;
- when the property is mortgaged, seized or the subject of a judicial dispute;
- when insolvency proceedings have been initiated against the customer.
The advance payment may not exceed the average consumption over one month for owners, or over two months for non-owners. The supplier exempts the customer from this requirement after one year of full and timely payment.
