All individuals and legal entities that consume natural gas on the territory of the Republic of Moldova.
What types of energy do we supply?
We supply natural gas and electricity at unregulated prices for household/non-household customers.
In which regions of Moldova do we supply?
We supply across the entire territory of the Republic of Moldova.

How do you become a customer and sign a contract?
You need to submit a request through the form on the site or contact us directly to receive a commercial offer tailored to your needs.
How is the price of gas and electricity set?
Prices are set by agreement between the supplier and the customer, taking into account the volumes consumed, the delivery terms and other conditions of the contract.
Is a fixed price possible?
Yes, we offer both fixed and floating tariffs, depending on the customer's needs.
How is payment made?
Payment is made on the basis of the invoices issued, within the deadlines set by the contract. Payment is made by bank transfer to the supplier's account.
How do you switch your current supplier to NPC?
The process of switching supplier is regulated by law and includes submitting a request, notifying the current supplier and signing a new contract. We will provide full assistance throughout the process.
How long does switching supplier take?
Switching supplier must take place within no more than 20 calendar days from the submission of the request by the final customer.
Do you need to notify your current supplier?
Yes, notifying the current supplier is a mandatory step of the switching process.
How is the quality of the supplied energy monitored?
We strictly comply with the established quality standards and carry out regular monitoring of the parameters of the supplied energy.
